In summary: to judge the quality of the chip, we must first look at the chip brand? Then confirm whether the size of the comparison chip is the same or similar, and finally confirm that the chip level is A product? Special product? B file? Wafer? In the market, more factories have LED tube light sources, and the brightness of single lamps is also 6-7LM. However, because they do not have the light source packaging capability, when purchasing the light source, they also require 3528 lamp beads to be cheap to 6 cents to 1 cent. Two: Power: The power of LED fluorescent lamps is divided into non-isolated and isolated.

1. The advantage of the non-isolated constant current source is that the circuit design is simple and the manufacturing cost is not high. The disadvantage is that the high voltage of the AC power source is introduced to the load end, which may cause electric shock.

The advantage of isolating the constant current source is that the circuit design is complicated and the risk of electric shock can be avoided. The disadvantage is that the efficiency of the power supply will be reduced, the manufacturing cost is high, and the volume is relatively large.

The price of the two power supplies is quite different. Non-isolated power supply 13 yuan / piece, isolated power supply is 26 yuan / month, to explain to customers the quality of power supply materials, so that guests make the most appropriate choice. Three: profiles, structures

LED lamps on the market are basically divided into two types of profiles: semi-plastic semi-aluminum tubes and all-plastic tubes.

1. All-plastic tube: The early LED tube adopts the all-plastic tube. Because it mainly uses non-isolated power supply, in order to avoid electric shock, it is more desirable to use all-plastic tube. Compared with other profile lamps, the heat dissipation is relatively poor.

2, aluminum-plastic lamp tube, also known as semi-plastic semi-aluminum tube: LED fluorescent lamps sold on the market are basically half of this PC half aluminum alloy, the plastic used in the half that needs light transmission, does not need light transmission The half that needs heat is made of aluminum alloy. The power supply is of course placed inside the aluminum tube, so that the heat generated by the LED plus the heat generated by the power supply is quite large, because the power of the lamp is usually around 20W. 1. Fixed end: There are many joints on the market at present. There are aluminum skin, PC material, aluminum skin and PC material. It is fixed at the two ends of the lamp with glue. 2. Transmittance of PC mask: At present, the transmittance of the transparent mask of the market can reach 88-95%, and the transmittance of the mist mask, also known as the diffusion mask, is 70-86%. If the luminous flux of a lamp without a mask is 2000 lm, and now it is given a transparent mask with a light transmittance of only 88%, then its actual luminous flux is only 1760 lm of luminous flux. 3. Substrate: At present, the LED chip is attached to the PCB or aluminum-based electronic circuit board through a certain arrangement, and then fixed on the aluminum alloy radiator. The thermal conductivity of the glass fiber PCB is 20w/mk, and the thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy is 200w/mk. The greater the thermal conductivity, the better the heat and heat transfer effect. Judging the quality of the aluminum plate, it is necessary to confirm whether the aluminum plate contains impurities. On the one hand, whether the V-CUT position of the aluminum plate is smooth or not, when cutting the aluminum plate, since the aluminum plate contains more impurities, when cutting the aluminum plate, the V-CUT position of the aluminum plate is easily generated when the blade is cut. Not smooth; the thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys containing a lot of impurities will be greatly reduced, of course, the price is also much cheaper, in general, the price difference is about one-third. 4, life: LED lamp life, mainly depends on the quality of the light source, power supply, aluminum heat dissipation and other aspects of the reasonable mix, in the final analysis, in addition to the most basic materials, there is a basic reference is Light effect, the higher the light efficiency, to some extent, the light is better.

The difference between the above related materials has caused a huge gap between the LED lamps of various factories. The same LEDT8, 1.2m 18W lamps, we understand why the price will be as big as 40-55 yuan, right? Why the price of LED fluorescent tubes fluctuates greatly, and there are differences in materials. All in all, if you pay for a penny, expensive is not necessarily good, good will definitely be relatively high, and what kind of quality determines what kind of price. You can choose the product that best suits your situation. Don't blindly seek high-priced or high-parameter products. The price does not explain everything.
