It is reported that the current OLED panel illumination efficiency limit is 60 lm / w, the current mainstream LED illumination luminous efficiency is 60-100 lm / w, and NEC's OLED panel luminous efficiency can reach 156 lm / w.
The product developed by NEC is a 4 square panel with a side length of only 2 mm. It is planned to expand the product size to 10 cm (side length) necessary for mass production within 3-4 years, and the luminous efficiency should exceed that of LED lighting.
