(1) Implementing a 6% import provisional tax rate on frozen pork;
(2) Implementing a 2%-10% import provisional tax rate for frozen catfish, pistachios, infant foods, and 9 tax items such as whey and yeast.
2. Vegetable oil From June 1 to September 30, 2008, a 5% import tariff was imposed on olive oil and coconut oil.
3. The feed implements a 2% import provisional tax rate on soybean meal and peanut meal.
4. Blood albumin and human vaccines implement a 0% import provisional tax rate for a total of 4 tax items for blood albumin and human vaccines.
5. From June 5 to October 5, 2008, cotton will be temporarily taxed on a certain amount of cotton with additional imports, and the specific tax for high-quality cotton with higher import prices will be reduced from 570 yuan/ton. Up to 357 yuan / ton, and resume the current sliding tax from October 6.
6. Provisional tax rate adjustment for imports of other three tax items
(1) Implementing a 0% import provisional tax rate for "cutting marble and travertine into rectangular shapes by sawing or other methods";
(2) Appropriate adjustments shall be made to the product range of the electrode paste to which the provisional tax rate for import is applied under heading 38240997;
(3) Make appropriate adjustments to the provisional tax rate for the import of broadcast-grade video tape recorders.
The above adjustments (except cotton and vegetable oil) will be implemented from June 1 to December 31, 2008. The specific adjustments are detailed in Annexes 1 and 2.
