STMicroelectronics launches a fault management chip for multiple LED lights
STMicroelectronics (ST) has launched a new fault management chip. The new products make the reliability and durability of key lighting LED lights such as car lights, street lights and emergency lights more outstanding. The new product LBP01 is used for lighting lamps composed of multiple LED strings. If LBP01 is absent, a failure of one LED lamp may cause all the lamp strings to go out, affecting the total output light quantity of the entire system, forcing the owner to replace the lamp in advance. The lighting system using LBP01 can make the current bypass the faulty LED lights and continue to supply power to the remaining normal LED lights to ensure that the brightness of the lighting is close to the maximum. Compared with similar products on the market, LBP01 has many advantages.
