Installation:
1. Standard installation
Connect directly to AC power, this is the most energy saving model
2. Repalcing installation
If there's a starter on the old fluorescent light fixture, remove the starter
3. Remove electronic ballast
If there's no starter on the fluorescent light fixture, remove the electronics ballast
