With the support of the Anyang Municipal Finance Bureau, the municipal maintenance office started the road reconstruction and commissioning work before the streetlights were saved. In July, under the condition of ensuring the basic lighting and safety of the citizens, some of the main and secondary road lights in Anyang officially adopted half-open control and energy-saving measures. Since the implementation of the power-saving measures, the accumulated electricity cost from January to August has been saved by 910,000 yuan.
