First, the principle

High-frequency machine working principle: The high-frequency current flows into a heating coil that is wound into a ring or other shape (usually made of copper tube). By using the electric resistance in the object to be heated, a lot of Joule heat is generated, so that the temperature of the object itself rises rapidly, so that the purpose of heating all the metal materials is achieved.

Our company's high-frequency device GP100-C2 is a tube-type inverter, which is a high-power self-excited tube. The 50Hz three-phase 380V current is boosted by the anode transformer and rectified into a 13kV DC current, which is converted into high-frequency alternating current by the self-excited oscillator of the electron tube, and then the output of the quenching transformer is stepped down to the inductor to heat the workpiece. The frequency of the output current of the inverter depends on the inductance and capacitance on the main oscillation circuit. The oscillating circuit is composed of an electronic oscillating tube and an inductor, a spider and a capacitor Ciz.C13, and directly constitutes a heat with the primary of the transformer B6 and the capacitance C, s. The combination of the oscillation and the heating circuit uses a self-carrying transformer coupling circuit with a short-circuit coil. The feedback voltage of the oscillating tube is formed by the feedback coil secondary 117 and the voltage dividing capacitor C113 to form a combined voltage, which is supplied to the gate of the oscillating tube. The starting and stopping of the oscillating tube is controlled by the gate voltage, and the negative voltage of 1 OOOV provided by the blocking circuit is added at the gate. When the DC high voltage on the anode is blocked, the vibration is stopped; when the heating relay is normally open, the gate is closed. The pole's negative voltage is grounded, the negative pressure is cut off, and the oscillating tube generates an anode current to start working.

Second, the application of high-frequency induction heating quenching is widely used in heat treatment production, with high heating speed, easy control, high productivity, less oxidative decarburization, less deformation of quenched workpiece, good working conditions, no pollution and easy to achieve mechanization, automation and so on. . The high-frequency equipment is mainly applied to the surface heat treatment of the workpiece, such as the surface quenching of the gear teeth and the pin sleeve shaft, which can improve the surface hardness, increase the wear resistance, and can be used for welding and melting.

1. Daily maintenance project
(1) Frequently clean the dust inside the equipment and capacitors, oscillating tubes, high-pressure porcelain bottles and silicon components, and wipe gently with alcohol.

(2) Always check the electrical system wiring and electrical contacts are good, and the electrical components are working properly.
(3) The temperature of the positive flow, the gate flow and the outlet water shall not exceed the specified value in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
(4) Non-operators are strictly prohibited to operate the equipment, and operators should be familiar with the performance of the equipment.
2. Regular maintenance items (fixed warranty)
(1) The high voltage transformer is inspected once every 1-1.5 years.
(2) Check the insulation of high-voltage porcelain bottles and wires and clean them.

5. Horizontally mounted right-angle toggle switch

Compared to the vertical switch, it only changes direction to horizontal, so it is horizontally mounted right-angle toggle switch. The contacts are double-pole double-throw and the bottom of the terminal is Epoxy Seal. Mostly used for computer peripherals.
