Lida Optoelectronics and Jinlong Electromechanical signed a cooperation agreement on the joint venture of smart phones, tablets and other touch-screen sapphire super-hard reflective film panels. The two parties intend to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company before January 20, 2015, with a registered capital of 125 million yuan, of which Lida Optoelectronics invested 50 million yuan in cash, accounting for 40%; Jinlong Electromechanical Investment 50 million yuan, accounting for 40%; Lida Optoelectronics core technology management team invested 18.75 million yuan in cash, accounting for 15%; Jinlong Electromechanical core technology management team invested 6.25 million yuan in cash, accounting for 5%. The parties to the joint venture shall subscribe for capital contribution, share profits, bear losses and operational risks according to the proportion of registered capital investment.

The joint venture company plans to build an automated production line for sapphire-like super-hard and non-reflective film panels with a monthly output of 6 million pieces. It is planned to be completed and put into production in September 2015, becoming a supplier of sapphire-like super-hard reflective film panels for major international and domestic brands. In 3 years, it plans to form a production capacity of more than 10 million sapphire super-hard and non-reflective film panels per month.
